This afternoon, I had the privilege of eating the Philippines’ most expensive fish called the Ludong.
How expensive?
Php4,500.00 per Kilo (that’s US$96.00) as of today.
It used to cost less than a thousand pesos per kilo.
The fish is actually mabaho like anghit but the meat is very soft like it could melt in your mouth if you try hard. VERY YUMMY, too.
